You can get a pet insurance quote in Oregon through a place called Insurance Tracker. Under "Specialty" click on Pet Insurance. Then you can enter a few specifics about what you want, including your Oregon address and your type of pet.
By the way, this isn't just for dogs. They insure cats, birds, reptiles, and more.
