You can get a pet insurance quote in New Jersey through a place called Insurance Tracker. Under "Specialty" click on Pet Insurance. Then you can enter a few specifics about what you want, including your New Jersey address and your type of pet.
By the way, this isn't just for dogs. They insure cats, birds, reptiles, and more.
